• Comprendere la vision aziendale e riformularla in ottica digitale
• Analizzare dati e produrre report
• Supportare lo sviluppo ed il monitoraggio dei progetti di innovazione tecnologica e digital tenendo conto delle normative vigenti, dei tempi e del budget necessario
• Identificare le modifiche necessarie da apportare ai sistemi e ai processi aziendali al fine di renderli più digitali e innovativi, aumentando di conseguenza la competitività dell'azienda sul mercato
• Proporre ed implementare nuovi metodi e strumenti per innovare processi già esistenti in tutti i reparti aziendali
• Gestire l'ammodernamento digitale di tutti i dipartimenti aziendali
• Supportare e coordinare var team aziendali nel processo di digitalizzazione e stilare line guida che aiutino i dipendenti ad adattarsi alle nuove tecnologie e alle novità implementate
• Laura triennale/magistrale in discipline tecnico-scientifiche
• Buona padronanza dei principal applicativi della Suite Office (in particolare Excel)
• Conoscenza base di Intelligenza Artificial (Machine/Deep Learning, Optimization,.) e Big Data Analytics
• Conoscenza base di Python
• Master/Corso specializzato in Data Science, Intelligenza artificiale ecc.
• Conoscenza del settore assicurativo
• Esperienza di 1 o 2 anni in ruoli simili
• Passion per l'innovazione e il mondo digitale
• Piccata capacità comunicativa e relazionale
• Proattività e Intraprendenza
